Manic Monday Hiatus

Kelley McElreath Depression Manic Manic Monday Mental Health PTSD Sadness

Manic Monday's are no more, well, at least for the time being. It is a lot of work to do a FB Live video and then upload it to YouTube and Twitter. It is time-consuming. Not that it isn't worth it, but I feel like I have hit a wall. I have run out of things to say. Monday's are indeed still "Manic Monday" for me. I have come a very long way on my journey to where I am today. It is still my mission in life to help others. However, many people want me to help them pro-bono and I am just unable to make a living doing everything for free. My heart goes out to these people and I do help some people pro-bono but am unable to provide for my own needs by continuing to do that.
Also, I don't like feeling "stuck" to doing it at the same time every Monday because most people don't watch it at 10am CST. The majority catch it later at a more convenient time for them. Sometimes, I just want to video something when it hits me. You know, like when something great happens or when something terrible happens or when a great idea I came up with worked really well and I want to share it with you.
Here is the deal...It is hard to get feedback from people. It's like when someone wants you to do a 2-minute survey and we click on "No thanks." I do it all the time because I think it is a waste of my time. But in this instance, I ONLY want to provide great VALUE for all of you. So, I need some feedback. What do you like? What do you not like? What is your favorite? What questions would you like answered? Is there a better name that pops in your head? How about a better day/time? Is 10 minutes good or should it be longer? Should it just be random or at a regularly scheduled time? What are some real time topics you'd love to hear about? How can we start a discussion on the things that matter to us the most and what exactly does matter to you?
I do this completely for YOU and everyone you know who can benefit from my story. I can't do it without the support of my fans and those of you who have followed me for quite some time and fully believe in my mission. Well, there's the scoop. I would greatly appreciate your feedback and/or thoughts.
You can comment here or email me at thesurvivorcoach@gmail.com or message me on FB facebook.com/thesurvivorcoach. I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

I think the random times when you’re so inspired, or struggling as it may he would be great! It will give you more freedoms and as you said, People watch at random times anyway….

Whatever you do, take care of you. You can’t help others unless you help yourself first! Love you!!!

I love your videos even though I don’t comment all the time I watch them. I think it would be nice if you just do it at random times when you have something to say do a video. Or you can have a day where people asked questions then go through them and make a video answering some of them. You can make them topical or not. Just keep being real and transparent like you do. I don’t only struggle with depression, but struggle with what people will think about my gay son that got married this summer, and Mel going through her transgendering. Knowing I will not have a little girl anymore, having family and friends not accept him and he is also struggling with bipolar depression.
So I also know what it is like to feel like an outsider but know my God is bigger than what some Christians profess He is.
Thank you for all you do and just who you are!!! Love ya!
