Sexual Assault Survivors

Support Group to Drive Healing &
Systemic Change

This is a small, structured group for survivors who want a contained space to process current events and personal experiences, and to translate that into grounded, practical change.

The group is limited to six people. We meet virtually on Saturdays at 8:30am PST, for four weeks on Meet.

Fee: $30 per session, per person.

What We Do

1. Current Events (impact-focused discussion)

We look at how sexual violence is reported in the news and the effect that coverage has on survivors.

2. Personal Experience (non-graphic sharing)

Participants may share relevant experiences. No graphic detail. No cross-talk. No pressure to speak.

3. Expressive Writing

Short, guided writing to process reactions and clarify internal responses. This is private and time-limited.

4. Structured Reflection

  • We identify what is actually happening beneath the reaction:

  • What was triggered

  • What patterns are showing up

  • Where responses feel stuck or unclear

5. Action and Direction

I lead the group through:

  • What can be done to influence systems (language, responses, boundaries, speaking out, filing complaints, seeking legal counsel)

  • What to address at the family or interpersonal level, if anything

  • What each person can focus on individually for support and stability

Please complete the form below if you’re interested in joining.

We will get back to you with details within 48 hours letting you know if there is still space in the group.
