    1:1 Coaching
    I provide trauma-informed support utilizing a reflective, gentle, attuned, and clear approach.

    I use guided imagery and expressive writing if my clients elect to use these modalities. I also provide intuitive guidance on planes beyond the five senses, and intuit healing energy thought “seeing” insightfully.

    All of my work is grounded and rooted in making connections between the root cause(s) of your trauma, of being seen and validated, and guiding you beyond being stuck, looping, or not knowing how to heal.

    Expressive Writing Sessions for Trauma Survivors

    Expressive Writing
    Sessions are specifically geared towards structured expressive writing practice. These Include specific personalized prompts, writing during the session, then reading entries aloud.

    Before the writing portion, I play music that evokes emotions and helps guide the writing process. This is only if the clients elects to do so.

    Story Development
    Should you want to shape your story into a creative project, I apply my background as an author and editor to support shaping essays, memoirs, or advocacy pieces.

    For Families and Loved Ones
    Support for partners, parents, and loved ones. I work separately and together with clients and their loved ones to support the survivor with care and safety.

    Topics include safe boundaries, communication, education, and reflection of how best to heal relationships and family systems.
